The service

ProptechClub is an editorial platform and directory of PropTech companies, plus reports, news and events. We curate listings for quality but make no warranty about any third-party company, product or service listed.

Accounts and listings

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the accuracy of any company profile you submit.
• We may decline, edit or remove listings that are misleading, duplicative, irrelevant or harmful.
• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

Paid services

Verified profiles are billed annually. Sponsorships and visibility partnerships are governed by a separate order form. Paid features are non-refundable once a listing is live, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the directory, send unsolicited messages to listed companies, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the platform to violate any law.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
